Updating your payment information is simple and can all be done from right inside your dashboard. 

Also, if you've received a failed payment notification email, this will fix the issue. Updating your payment method in your account will allow our system to retry to charge the balance due.

Follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Login to your DashClicks account.

  2. Click Fulfillment in the main menu. 

  3. Then click Billing in the sub menu.

  4. On the right hand side, under Update Billing Information you can click Add New Card

  5. Now you can add in your new card details, then click Update Payment Method to save your changes and make the new card you just entered the default payment method. 

P.S. All credit card information is stored directly in Stripe and is fully secure. Our team cannot view your credit card information for your security.
