What is an InstaReport?
InstaReports is a prospecting tool that allows you to generate graded reports for your potential clients. These assess the health of the business's website, social media, or advertising campaigns. Previously, we only offered overall reports that detailed a business’s website health.
We now offer a variety of InstaReports options including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Website, Social Media, Reviews, and Listings. These reports will show the client how well or poorly they are performing and what actions you can take to improve their digital marketing efforts.
You can then utilize these reports to sell your prospects on the respective marketing service. We also provide comprehensive reports by way of the Digital Overview.
Accessing InstaReports through Contacts
While using the InstaReports application is the primary method of creating and cataloging reports, you can also access them through the Contacts application. Here’s how to do it:
Navigate to the Contacts application by using the app drawer in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Select the contact you wish to use for the InstaReports service. This works for both People and Business contacts. Click on the contact name to load up the contact record.

Otherwise, look to the right side of the screen to locate the InstaReports category. Click on it to expand.
You will then see a list of all InstaReports associated with this client. If you are new to InstaReports, this field will be empty.
You can click the + icon to begin working with InstaReports right from your contact records. Clicking this button will take you directly to the InstaReports application so that you can begin creating specific reports for this specific contact.

After completing your InstaReport, it will then populate under the InstaReports category within the contact record. You and your team members will be able to easily review what reports were created for this client as well as when they were made.
