If you need to cancel a pending sub-account invitation, follow these instructions:
Click on your profile in the top-right corner of your dashboard. Then, click on Manage Sub-Accounts.
At the top of the page, click on the Pending Invites tab.
Within the table, you'll find a column named Cancel Invitation on the far right. Click on the red X to proceed.
You will receive a prompt verifying that you wish to cancel the invite. Click Delete.
These steps will remove the pending invite from your list of pending sub-accounts. If the invitation is already sent to the recipient's inbox, the link provided will no longer work. If you wish to invite a user again in the future or use a different email, you will need to send a new invitation, which you can remind yourself how to do here.
