How to Access Your Facebook Ads Onboarding

After your successful checkout, you and your client will need to fill out onboarding documentation.

Purchasing a subscription for a client will prompt our system to send an automated email on your behalf prompting them to access the sub-account for their business. After gaining access to their new sub-account, they will be able to find and complete the onboarding for the Facebook Ads service.

Alternatively, you may choose to send the onboarding to yourself at the time of checkout. When you are prompted with 'Who is This Order for?', select Send the Onboarding to Me. We will then send the documents to your registered email address.

Know that you can also find any onboarding forms by navigating to the Projects app. Then, select your client and click Forms.

The onboarding is easy to complete and requests the following information:

Facebook Information

This first section should be simple to fill out provided that you followed the instructions located in Everything You Need to Know About Facebook Ads. In this step, we are going to collect information in regard to your Facebook Business Manager, ad account, and website.

You do not need to provide the login to your Facebook account or Facebook Business Manager. You simply need to add DashClicks as a partner, which you can learn how to do here. If you have yet to create the accounts in question, please check the following links:

If you need to create these accounts, do so now. Afterward, simply provide the names of the pages and accounts as necessary in the onboarding. Finally, the website listed is where we will place the pixel. If you’d like to purchase a new funnel or landing page, you can do so with our funnel-building service.

Note - We require these to begin fulfillment. They are not optional. Additionally, you must remove the ad account spending limit. Simply check that you have done so afterward in the onboarding.

Business Information

This section is a general overview that will help our ads team better understand your client’s business. Simply fill in the prompts to provide us with your background, unique value proposition, target locations, and services you’re proud to promote.

Additionally, we ask for your typical conversion rates, average revenue, and average profit margin. This helps us get an idea of your sales process and success rates so that we can create ideal offers and establish goals to reach throughout your campaign.

Finally, listing your competitors allows us to scout out your competition and strategize. We’ll focus efforts on beating their advertising efforts by creating more compelling offers, better graphics, and more engaging copy.

Branding Information

This section provides you with an opportunity to emphasize the types of things you want your ads to promote. This can include personally-provided copy, tonal recommendations, slogans, awards, and advertisements you find effective.

You may also provide additional social media accounts you’d like us to reference. Having these accounts may assist with your long-term marketing efforts, but they are not required for this service.

Finally, you must provide us with notification of any legal restrictions or marketing limitations concerning your business. This could include the need to reveal licenses, certifications, or affiliations with other brands or partners. Failure to do so can not only get your ads rejected but could result in fines or penalties for your business.

Campaign Information

This section is crucial for effectively designing your campaign. We want to pin down the exact offer you wish to promote along with a description of any lead magnets you’d like to include.

There is not a one-size-fits-all solution for Facebook Ads, so it’s important to establish whether you wish to generate leads, sell a product, or reach another goal with this campaign.

For initial targeting purposes, provide us with any gender or age limitations. If you have previously used Facebook ads with this ad account and would like to use pre-built custom audiences, please notify us immediately.

Facebook Access

This final section serves to reaffirm that you or your client provided access to your Facebook ad account. Note that this will appear as “Dashboard Connection” under partners. Your client will not see any affiliation with DashClicks through their Facebook or Business Manager.

If you have not already done so, please refer to the instructions above before completing your onboarding.

Please - do not confirm access if you did not provide access. Though the onboarding will mark as complete in our system, it will result in service delays. Please ensure that you and your client follow all instructions as intended to ensure that your fulfillment service experience is a success.
