We will require partner access via your Business Manager to begin work on your campaign.
Note - This does not work if you are a partner yourself. In this case, the company must grant partner access using these instructions.
Log in to your Facebook account via business.facebook.com.
In the left side column, go to the bottom and click Settings.
On the new page, select More Business Settings.
Go to Users on the left. Then, click Partners.
Next, click the blue Add icon next to the search field. Then, click Give a partner access to your assets.
In the new field, you will need to enter our partner business ID. This ID is 999966873361100. Then, click Next.
Next, you can go through all of your Asset Types and manually set access permissions for this new user. We will require full access to your ad accounts for Facebook Ads and your Instagram accounts for Instagram ads.
When you're finished, select Save Changes.
If you follow these steps correctly, we will receive invitations to manage your accounts according to your set permissions. While you're here, you may need to verify that your client has an active billing method within Facebook Ads Manager. To do so, follow these steps:
Ask your client to log into Facebook Ads Manager.
Navigate to Payment Settings.
You will see a list of all available payment methods. If your client does not have one or needs to update their payment method, simply select 'Add Payment Method' above.
