If you wish for our Google & YouTube ads team to review your previous Google Ads history, you can provide us with access to the account by utilizing these instructions. This is useful if you do not wish to provide your full login credentials during the onboarding process.

  1. Log in to the Google account associated with your Google Business listing and head here.

  2. Sign in to your Google Ads account.

  3. Select the appropriate account (this is only relevant if you have multiple Google Ads accounts).

  4. Navigate to the dropdown menu on the top-left near your account name. You should be able to locate your Customer ID, which is ten (10) numbers (xxx-xx-xxxx).

  5. Provide this Customer ID to your Google & YouTube Ads project manager within our communications channel.

  6. You should receive a notification that your Project Manager is requesting access. The request will come from the account “MCC Manager.”

  7. Navigate to the menu of your Google Ads account and click on ‘Tools.’

  8. Find ‘Setup’ within the menu and click on ‘Account Access.’

  9. Find the request from “MCC Manager” and accept the request. Enable the account as an Administrative Owner.
