What is Listings?

Listings is a subscription service through DashClicks that syncs your business listing to over seventy unique directories across the web. This is useful for helping any business boost their discoverability and increases the citations pointed at your website.

Things to Consider Before You Purchase

Your Client’s Business Location

Currently, the Listings service is only available to clients within the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We are not able to fulfill this service for clients outside of these areas with no exceptions.

Pending Google My Business Listing Issues

It is not uncommon for our clients to have previously existing issues with their Google My Business Listing. This will prevent our system from successfully gaining access to the listing. If it is currently suspended, flagged, or unverified, you or the client will need to resolve these problems before you can begin optimizations.

Existing 3rd Party Providers

If the client is currently receiving listings fulfillment from another provider, our listings service will not work due to the conflict. You or the client will need to contact that provider and cancel the service. Once you complete this process, you will need to resubmit the listings in the dashboard.

Note - There is no exact time frame for when listings will finish processing. If you cancel a previous service, it may take time for everything to update. It is also possible that not all of the listings will process due to certain factors that limit the processing of some listings. This can include business type, business category, address (especially if hidden), service areas, etc.

Placing Your Listings Order

To select your plan and place your order, navigate to our Fulfillment store page by clicking on the app drawer in the top-right corner. Then, click on Fulfillment Store at the very bottom.

All of our products and services can be found in the left-side column. Click on Listings to select a monthly subscription plan. Then, click Buy.

A menu will appear prompting you to select a business to receive this Listings subscription. You can either use the dropdown to select an existing business or click the purple + button to add a new one.

You will also need to select a person from the business to contact about the order. You can choose to send that person a sub-account invitation at this time.

Then, click Add to Cart. You will notice that the cart icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard will update with the number of items added. When you're ready, click Check Out.

This basic page will display your cart total first and foremost at the top of the page. If you wish to add anything else to your order, you can follow the Back to Shopping link. You can also adjust your existing cart such as changing the quantity or deleting an item by clicking the red X.

If you're ready to proceed, click Continue.

You will have one final opportunity to review your order while being asked to enter your payment details. You can select an existing payment method you have on file with the dropdown menu or click Add New Card to enter a new one.

After entering your payment information, click Place Your Order to finalize.

Listings Setup

After purchasing your Listings subscription, you will need to set up the service within the Analytics application.

To add your Listings to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on + Add New from the top of the page within the Analytics application.


  2. Select Listings from the list of available integrations. Click Continue.

  3. You will then need to fill out your Business Profile for your Listings to go live on the internet. Your analytics are effectively live, but your listings will not be able to process and go live until you provide all of the required information and save it to your profile.

Billing & Subscription

You will receive your first charge upon purchasing your Listings service immediately. You will receive an additional charge each month on the same date for as long as your subscription is active.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you are unsatisfied with your Listings or no longer require it, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Settings. Then, click on Subscriptions at the bottom of the left-side column under Billing Preferences.

  3. Under Other Subscriptions, you can use the dropdown to select the business that possesses the subscription you wish to cancel. On the right where it says Active, click on the three-dotted line to access a sub-menu. Then, click Deactivate.

Note - When you cancel your Listings subscription, you should expect all of those listings to disappear. This is because those services require payment to keep your listings active.

In some cases, your listing may stay online depending on the directory. However, you would need to contact that individual directory and claim the listing to update it in the future. We do not have any control over what happens in either scenario.

If you had a previous listing active on a directory before beginning service with us, that listing should revert to its previous state before the start of service.
