In the event that you do not wish to send account invites to a client, you can now bypass the process. This happens when purchasing a fulfillment service for the customer.
To bypass sending dashboard invites to your customers, please do the following:
Select the fulfillment service you wish to purchase in the fulfillment store.
A menu will appear that reads Who is this order for? Select a business contact and a person contact to proceed. You can also choose to send the onboarding to yourself or the contact using the dropdown.
The last dropdown will read Send Sub-Account Invitation. If you do not want to send an invite, simply use the dropdown to select No.
You can then proceed with your purchase as normal. The onboarding document will be sent to the contact requested. We will no longer send a sub-account invite to the customer automatically.
