How to Access Your Backlinks Onboarding

After your successful checkout, you or your client will need to fill out onboarding documentation.

Purchasing a subscription for a client will prompt our system to send an automated email on your behalf prompting them to access the sub-account for their business. After gaining access to their new sub-account, they will be able to find and complete the onboarding for the Backlinks service.

Alternatively, you may choose to send the onboarding to yourself at the time of checkout. When you are prompted with 'Who is This Order for?', select Send the Onboarding to Me. We will then send the documents to your registered email address.

Know that you can also find any onboarding forms by navigating to the Projects app. Then, select your client and click Forms.

Company Information

The company information is needed so when our Backlinks team is doing their work, they can refer back to this information and build out the backlinks as needed for optimal results.

Target URL

The target URL tells our team the page that you'd like the Backlinks pointed to. This is typically the home page but it can also be an internal page that you want to improve specifically.
