Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing the Loyalty Program

1. Access Dashboard Settings:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select ’Loyalty Program’.

2. Navigating the Loyalty Program:

Once inside the 'Loyalty Program', you'll find your current monthly spend and the tier you fall under (Standard, Growth, Diamond, Enterprise).

Note: Monthly spend is calculated by combining the total amount spent on all recurring subscriptions. One-time setup fees, promotions, and other charges are not included. Discounts apply only to new subscriptions and do not affect or change any existing subscriptions. Priority support ensures your inbound requests are placed at the top of our queue, ahead of standard support requests.

Reviewing Eligible Transactions

Transactions, Amounts, and Subscriptions

In the 'Loyalty Program' page, scroll down to see the ‘Eligible Transactions’ table. This table details your eligible transactions that count towards your tier, current monthly spend, and the corresponding subscriptions. Only recurring subscriptions are considered when calculating your monthly spend.

Managing Your Loyalty Program Benefits

1. Check Your Tier:

Your current tier is displayed at the top of the 'Loyalty Program' page. As you spend more, the system automatically updates your tier in real time.

2. Understanding Discounts and Support:

Based on your tier, your discounts on new subscriptions and setup fees will be automatically applied at checkout. Additionally, priority support ensures faster response times for your requests.

Note: Discounts are applied at checkout for new subscriptions and continue on a monthly basis for those subscriptions. However, these recurring discounts only apply to services subscribed to while you are in the discounted tier. Subscriptions that were already active before reaching the discounted tier will remain at their original price.
