Our platform offers you the convenient ability to change your company’s dashboard to a custom domain of your choosing. This guide will provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to set up your domain with NameCheap.

Set Up Your Custom Dashboard Domain with NameCheap

  1. Log in to your NameCheap account.

  2. On the left navigation bar, select “Domain List”.

  3. Find the domain you wish to edit and click “Manage”.

  4. Click on “Advanced DNS”.

  5. Click on the red text that says “+ADD NEW RECORD”.

  6. In the dropdown field, select “CNAME”.

  7. In the Host Input Type field, add a prefix for your subdomain. The prefix is what appears before the original domain name, e.g. XXXXX.dashboardmode.com (this example is the temporary domain we use until you set up your custom domain name).

  8. In the Target Value field, enter “s.dashboardmode.com”.

  9. Verify that each field is correct. Then, click “Save Changes” to finalize.

  10. After completing these instructions, head back to the original help article to finish setting up your custom dashboard domain.
