Our platform offers you the convenient ability to change your company’s dashboard to a custom domain of your choosing. This guide will provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to set up your domain with Cloudflare.

Set Up Your Custom Dashboard Domain with Cloudflare

  1. Log in to your Cloudflare account.

  2. On this page, locate and click on the domain you wish to use.

  3. At the top of this page, select the “DNS” tab.

  4. Click on “+ Add Record” at the top of the list of your DNS records.

  5. In the Type field, select “CNAME”.

  6. In the Name field, add a prefix for your subdomain. The prefix is what appears before the original domain name, e.g. XXXXX.dashboardmode.com (this example is the temporary domain we use until you set up your custom domain name).

  7. In the Target field, enter “s.dashboardmode.com”.

  8. Under Proxy Status, select “DNS Only”.

  9. Leave the TTL field as the default option.

  10. Verify that each field is correct. Then, select “Save”.

  11. After completing these instructions, head back to the original help article to finish setting up your custom dashboard domain.
