If for any reason you need to edit aspects of a deal automation step, you can do so by following these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Deals application. Make sure you are on the My Deals tab.

  2. Click on the Deal Automations button in the top-right corner.

  3. From your list of automation steps, locate the one you wish to edit. Then, click on the ellipses icon in the top-right corner. Click on this. Then, click Edit.

  4. This will take you to the very beginning of the setup process for this automation type. You can walk through the same exact steps and make the necessary changes along the way. This includes changing the type of automation altogether.

To refresh yourself on how to set up the various automation types, please reference the help article we have available for each. You can use these instructions to guide you on how to make the appropriate changes.

When you are done with your changes, click Continue in the top-right corner until you see the Congratulations screen. Your changes will take effect immediately.
