When purchasing fulfillment services from DashClicks, two charges are associated with the initial payment:
Monthly Maintenance Fee
Both fees are billed on the same day when you purchase the service.
There is generally a delay from when you purchase a service to the day it goes live. This time is used by our team to review onboarding documents, fully set up the service, and anything else needed for the project.
We delay the billing for your second month's recurring payment to ensure you get all the work you are owed with the payment you submitted
The Billing Process Explained
Suppose you purchased services on the 1st of the month. On this day, both the setup fee and the first month's service fee would be billed.
Then, imagine we complete the campaign buildout and it goes live on the 7th of the month (one week later).
Your second month's maintenance payment would then be billed around the same day of the following month, not on the 1st of the month.
