Managing Dashboard Settings

The Dashboard application offers three global preferences, all of which operate identically. The dashboard preferences are for Contacts, Website Analytics, and Deals.

1. Edit Time Period for Tracking:

By clicking 'Edit', you can choose the specific timeframe you want the application to monitor and display within your Dashboard widget. For example, if you set Website Analytics to 'This Month', the widget will only show analytics for the current month.

2. Select a Time Period:

You can choose the following timeframes from the dropdown menu:

  • This Week

  • Last Week

  • This Month

  • Last Six Months

  • This Year

Note: Each timeframe will influence the data displayed on your Dashboard widget according to the chosen period.

3. Save Your Time Period Preference:

After selecting your desired timeframe, click 'Save' to save your preferences for that specific application. If you prefer to keep the same timeframe for all applications, click 'Save This for All'.

Note: Clicking 'Save This for All' will update the timeframe for all apps simultaneously, making all your widgets display data based on the chosen timeframe.
