Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing Your Inbound Settings
1. Access Dashboard Settings:
Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.
2. Navigate to the Apps Tab:
At the top of the page, select the 'Apps' tab.
3. Select Inbound:
From the column on the left, select 'Inbound'.
Managing Inbound Settings
The Inbound settings give you the ability to select your preferred default email and SMS template for all messages.
1. Access Default Templates:
To choose your default templates, locate and click 'Edit' on the right side of the page. This will open a dropdown menu with available templates.
2. Select the Template:
From the dropdown menu, choose the desired template you want to set as the default for your emails and SMS messages.
3. Save Template Settings:
After selecting the appropriate template, click 'Save' on the right. This action will set your chosen template as the default for all future messages.
Note: Remember to review your template selection carefully to ensure it fits your communication needs. Changes can be made at any time by returning to these settings.
