Each application features its own settings that you can find within your account settings navigation. This document will focus on the settings that are available for the Inbound application.

Accessing Your Inbound Settings

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner. Then, click on Settings.

  2. At the top of the page, you will see two tabs titled General and Apps. Click on Apps.

  3. Then, select Inbound from the column on the left.

Managing Inbound Settings

The Inbound settings allow you to select the default email and SMS template you want to use for any messaging.

To select your default templates, click Edit on the right. Then, select the template using the dropdown menu.

After you select the correct template, click Save on the right.
