2. Navigate to the Apps Tab:

At the top of the page, select the 'Apps' tab.

3. Select InstaSites:

From the column on the left, select 'InstaSites'.

Managing InstaSites Settings

The InstaSites settings contain features to manage your email and SMS templates, preview views, and email notifications.

1. Set Default Email and SMS Template:

In your settings, the first two rows let you select a default email and SMS template. These will be used to notify your prospects of a new InstaSite build. Click 'Edit' on the right, then use the dropdown to choose a previously made template as your default. Once done, click 'Save'. Repeat this process for both template categories.

Note: Selecting the default template enables you to maintain a consistent style and message in your communication with your prospects.

2. Determine the Default Preview View:

The Default Preview View option determines which version of the template preview will appear when you're browsing templates within the application. Click 'Edit' to select between desktop, tablet, or mobile view. Then, click 'Save'.

Note: The chosen preview view helps you to understand how your templates will appear across different devices.

3. Manage Email Notifications:

Lastly, you have the option to receive an email notification every time a new prospect opens the InstaSite preview. The email will be sent to the user responsible for building the site. To set this up, toggle the setting On/Off based on your preference.

Note: Setting up notifications helps to stay updated with your prospect's activity, enhancing the overall user experience.
