Each application features its own settings that you can find within your account settings navigation. This document will focus on the settings that are available for the InstaReports application.
Accessing Your InstaReports Settings
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner. Then, click on Settings.
At the top of the page, you will see two tabs titled General and Apps. Click on Apps.
Then, select InstaReports from the column on the left.
Managing InstaReports Settings
Default Email and SMS Template
The first two rows in your settings allow you to select a default email and SMS template to use when notifying your prospects of a new InstaReport.
Select Edit on the right. Then, use the dropdown that appears to select a previously made template as your default. Then, click Save. The same instructions apply to both template categories.
The Default Preview View determines the version of the report that will appear when first opening your InstaReport preview. You can click Edit to select between desktop, tablet, or mobile view. Then, click Save.
Finally, you can choose to have an email notification sent to you every time a new prospect opens the InstaReport preview. The email will go to your account’s default email address. Toggle the setting On/Off as you like.
