Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing Your InstaReports Settings
1. Access Dashboard Settings:
Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.
2. Navigate to the Apps Tab:
At the top of the page, select the 'Apps' tab.
3. Select InstaReports:
From the column on the left, select 'InstaReports'.
Managing InstaReports Settings
In the InstaReports settings, you can customize the default email and SMS template for notifying your prospects of a new InstaReport, select the default preview view, and toggle email notifications when a prospect opens the InstaReport preview.
1. Set Default Email and SMS Template:
The first two options in your settings allow you to set a default email and SMS template. Click 'Edit' on the right, then use the dropdown menu to select a pre-existing template as your default. Click 'Save' to confirm your selection. Repeat this process for both the email and SMS templates.
Note: These templates will be used when notifying your prospects of a new InstaReport.
2. Select Default Preview View:
The 'Default Preview View' setting determines the version of the report that will be initially displayed when opening your InstaReport preview. Click 'Edit' to select between desktop, tablet, or mobile view. Click 'Save' to confirm your selection.
3. Enable Email Notifications for InstaReport Preview:
You can choose to receive an email notification each time a new prospect opens the InstaReport preview. The notifications will be sent to your account's default email address. You can toggle this setting On or Off according to your preference.
