The following document will assist users in updating and managing the information for the business associated with the account.

Accessing Your Profile Settings

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner. Then, click on Settings.

  2. From the column on the left, click on Business Profile underneath Business Settings.

Business Info

This section contains the identifying information for your business that will be used throughout the dashboard and other applications.

The Business Name is self-explanatory but should contain your exact business name. Click Edit to modify the name and add text to the field provided.

The address is the physical location of the business. Click Edit to modify the name and add text to the field provided.

The phone is the preferred or primary phone number that customers can use to contact your business. Click Edit to modify the name and add text to the field provided. This accepts numerical entries only. You can select the country of origin by using the dropdown on the left of the field.

The website is the URL of your website. This is either for your existing website or for the site purchased with your subscription. Click Edit to modify or enter a new URL. All entries must be in the proper URL format.

When you are satisfied with your changes, be sure to click Save on every row that contains changes.

Social Media

Here, you can add your business’s social media profiles. These links are used throughout other applications as well as in your outbound messaging.

Click Edit on the right of each row to enter the URL for each profile. When you are finished, click Save.

Account Defaults

This final section allows you to select the default currency for your business. All monetary values will automatically be converted to this currency type within all applications.

Click Edit, then select your currency of choice from the dropdown. When finished, click Save.
