Managing Business Profile Settings

The Business Profile settings are the home to your business's identifying information used throughout the dashboard and other applications. Here's how you can update and manage this information:

1. Modify Business Information:

The Business Info section contains your business's name, physical location, preferred phone number, and website URL. To modify any of this information:

  1. Click 'Edit' beside the information you wish to change.

  2. Input the correct information in the field provided.

  3. Click 'Save' to ensure your changes are updated.

Note: Ensure that the Business Name field contains your exact business name. Phone number entries must be numerical only, and you can select the country of origin from the dropdown menu on the left of the field. The website entry must be in the proper URL format.

2. Update Social Media Links:

Your business's social media profiles can be linked here, used across other applications and in outbound messaging. To link your profiles:

  1. Click 'Edit' next to each social media platform row.

  2. Enter the URL for the corresponding profile.

  3. Click 'Save' once you're done.

3. Set Account Defaults:

The Account Defaults section allows you to set the default currency for your business, which is automatically applied to all monetary values within all applications. To set this:

  1. Click 'Edit' next to the currency setting.

  2. Choose your preferred currency from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click 'Save' to confirm your choice.

Note: All monetary values will be automatically converted to this currency type within all applications.
