How to Start Over with a New Agency Website Template

Step-By-Step Guide to Changing Your Agency Website Template

1. Cancel Existing Sites Subscription:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'. Navigate to 'Subscriptions' and under 'Other Subscriptions', locate and cancel your website subscription.

Note: Your existing website will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. All relevant information can be reviewed during cancellation.

2. Wait for Current Billing Cycle to End:

After the billing cycle concludes and your subscription cancels, the interface of your Sites app will change. While your old website remains visible, a new button labeled 'Select New Template' will appear at the top of the page.

3. Select New Template:

Click the 'Select New Template' button. A warning will appear indicating that choosing a new template will erase your existing website and all its contents. Ensure you have saved anything you wish to keep from the website before proceeding.

4. Delete Current Site:

Click the 'Delete' button when ready. Your site will be deleted within a few seconds, and the list of website templates will reappear.

5. Choose and Purchase New Website Template:

Follow the same process as you did when first selecting and purchasing your website template.

Note: Selecting a new template will permanently erase your previous website. Make sure to backup any necessary information before initiating the template change.
