Your deal cards allow you to completely customize the type of information displayed as well as where it is displayed on your screen. This is useful as each user that has access to the deal card can customize the page view without affecting others’ browsing experience.
This guide will walk you through how to create custom properties.
Accessing the Deal Card
Within the Deals application, navigate to the My Deals tab.
Then, locate the deal you wish to explore within your sales pipeline. Click on the name of the deal in blue.
Managing Your Properties
Within the deal card, click on About This Deal.
Scroll to the bottom of this category until you see the Save and Cancel buttons. To the left of these, click on Manage Properties.
A new page will appear listing all of the available properties to display under About. You can use the left column to reorganize any of these properties to your liking. Note that you cannot move or remove the Deal Name or Stage.
In the center of the page, can add or remove a property from the view altogether by clicking on Remove From View or Add to View. If for some reason you would like to duplicate a specific property, click on Clone to create an identical value.
Note - Many of these values are always in the system by default. You will only be able to permanently delete custom values, which we will cover in the next section.
