How to Upload a File
To begin uploading a file, make sure you are on the Files tab. Then, select a sub-account from the left-side column.
Then, click on Upload File in the top-right corner.
An Upload File window will appear prompting you to drag and drop a file into the field. Alternatively, click on the field to open your computer’s file explorer.
The file will automatically upload. You will then revert back to the original page with your newly uploaded file at the top of the list.
Previewing Your Files
The easiest way to review your files is to utilize the preview function located in this application. By using the preview, you do not necessarily have to download every file and clutter your computer with unnecessary data.
To preview a file, locate the file within the list. If you are having difficulty locating the file, utilize the search bar at the top of this page. Then, click Preview on the far right side.
This preview will display your files in their designated format. For example, a CSV file will display your information as a table:
Likewise, image files show the image whereas audio files will reveal an audio player:
If you are having difficulties with the file preview, verify that your file matches one of the currently accepted file types at the top of this document.
Changing a File Name
You cannot edit a file directly through this application as it is meant to host the original file only. You would need to edit the original and reupload it for changes to appear within this application.
You can, however, edit the file name at any time. Simply click on the blue pencil icon on the far right of your selected file.
This will cause a prompt to appear asking you to enter a new file name. When you’re done, click Update.
Download a File
If you prefer to download a copy of the original file, you can do so by clicking the download button to the far right of the file name.
Deleting a File
Finally, we will show you how to delete a file from your file library.
Once again, locate the file within the list. Look to the far right until you see a red trash can icon near the Preview and Edit buttons. Click on this button to receive a prompt that is verifying if you want to delete this file (the action is permanent). Click Delete to finalize.
You can also delete multiple files by clicking the Delete Multiple button just above the file list on the right. Then, check the box on every file you wish to delete. Finally, click Delete.
