How to Resend a Sub-Account Invite

Note: Access to the Sub-Accounts feature is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Resending a Sub-Account Invitation

1. Access Sub-Accounts:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select ’Sub-Accounts’.

2. Navigate to the Pending Section of the Toggle:

At the top right of this page, click on the 'Pending' section of the toggle. This will show all the pending invites you have sent.

3. Select the Contact in Question:

Hover your cursor over the contact for which you want to resend the invite. Press on the gear icon that appears next to the owner's email.

4. Resend the Invitation:

Select the option that says 'Send Reset Password Email'. This action will send a new invitation to the contact.

5. Confirm the Invitation Resend:

You should see a confirmation message appear on the page, typically located at the bottom left corner of the screen.

6. Communication with the Contact:

Ensure that you communicate with the contact, informing them that you are resending the invite. This can help avoid any potential confusion or additional issues.

7. Alternate Method to Resend the Invitation:

If your client is still having issues receiving the invitation, within the 'Pending' section of the toggle, there is a 'Copy Link' button. Press on that button and then you can paste and share the link with your client via email or any other method so they receive the link from you directly. Navigating to the page with that link, they will see their invitation and can complete the process to access their account.
