In the event that you need to resend an InstaReport email or SMS notification to your client, you can do so by following these steps:
Navigate to the My InstaReports tab.
Click on the InstaReport in question. Be sure to click anywhere other than the Business Name as this will take you to the contact record instead.
Look to the Activity Feed on the far right. You should see a sub-section that reads "View Tracking." If the person has not viewed the report, there will be an empty circle next to the name and contact information.
To resend a notification, click on the second or third options that read "Email resend" and "SMS resend." Note that the first option copies a link to the InstaReport in your clipboard.
That's it! Your prospect should expect to receive their notification shortly.
