How to Resend InstaReport Notifications

Note: Access to the InstaReports app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Resending an InstaReport Notification

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘InstaReports’.

2. Navigate to the My InstaReports Tab:

You will find the 'My InstaReports' tab at the top of the page, click on it.

3. Select the Relevant InstaReport:

Find and click on the InstaReport you wish to resend. Make sure you don't click on the Business Name, as it will lead you to the contact record.

4. Review the Activity Feed:

On the right side of the screen, you will see an 'Activity Feed'. Look for the sub-section titled 'View Tracking'. If the report has not been viewed, an empty circle will appear next to the client's name and contact information.

5. Resend the Notification:

Locate the options that read 'Email resend' and 'SMS resend'. By clicking on either of these, you can resend the InstaReport notification to the client.

Note: The first option, if clicked, copies a link to the InstaReport to your clipboard. This is not needed for resending the notification.
