Note: Access to the Sub-Accounts feature is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing Sub-Accounts with SSO (Single Sign-On)

1. Access Dashboard Settings:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.

2. Navigate to 'Branding':

In the menu on the left side of the screen, select 'Branding'.

3. Scroll Down to 'Sub-Account Search':

You will find the 'Main Menu' option under the 'Sub-Account Search' section. You can toggle this option 'On' or 'Off' depending on your preference.

Note: The 'Main Menu' option adds a sub-account search feature to the top of the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard.

4. Search for a Sub-Account:

With the 'Main Menu' sub-account option toggled on, you can now input a sub-account name into the search bar, located at the top left of the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard, using either the name or the email address associated with the sub-account. Once found, click on the name to automatically log into that sub-account in a new tab.

Managing Sub-Account Single Sign-On Features

Once logged into a sub-account, you gain control over that dashboard as if you were the sub-account owner. This allows for the setup of various features on behalf of your client.

Note: Any modifications made to the sub-account are saved automatically. The sub-account owner will be able to see these changes when they next log into their account.
