Note: Access to the Sub-Accounts feature is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing and Managing Sub-Accounts

1. Access Sub-Accounts:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select ’Sub-Accounts’.

2. Navigate to the 'My Sub-Accounts' Tab:

Once you're on the 'Sub-Accounts' page, you will see two tabs. Select the 'My Sub-Accounts' tab. This table will display all your active sub-accounts.

Note: The 'Business Name' refers to the business that owns the sub-account while the 'Owner's Name' is the individual who manages that sub-account. The table also includes the primary phone number and email address of each sub-account for easy reference.

3. Search for Specific Sub-Accounts:

You can find a specific sub-account by utilizing the search bar at the top of the page.

4. Access Pending Invites:

At the top right of the page, you can toggle between 'Active' 'Pending' and 'Archived'. Click on 'Pending' to review your pending invites.

5. Search for Pending Invites:

You can search for specific pending invites by using the search bar at the top of the page.

6. Resend an Invite:

If you need to resend an invite, hover over the owner's email. An icon will appear which allows you to send a reset password email. Alternatively, you can press on the 'Copy Link' button and send the link manually to your client.

7. Confirm Invite Resend:

After resending the invite, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen indicating that your invite has been sent.

Note: As soon as a user accepts the invitation, their account will switch from 'Pending' to 'Active'.

8. Cancel Invitation:

To cancel a sub-account invitation, within the 'Pending' toggle, you can press on the red 'X' button under the 'Cancel Invitation' column next to the corresponding sub-account. A confirmation widget will appear and you can press on 'Delete' to confirm deletion. Invitation deletions will only work if the sub-accounts were manually invited by you. If the sub-accounts were automatically created by the system due to purchase of fulfillment services, those invites will not be deleted, but you may archive those sub-accounts.

9. Archiving Sub-Accounts:

You have the ability to archive selected sub-accounts. Archiving sub-accounts removes that user's ability from accessing the dashboard and removes any automations that were set up within the sub-account. Once archived, you have the ability to un-archive the sub-account if you wish. There is no option to completely delete the sub-account unless it's a pending invite and that sub-account is not associated with active services (as mentioned in step 8 above).

Reselling Sub-Accounts
