Note: Access to the contacts app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Accessing Your Contacts Application

Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Contacts’.

Step-By-Step Guide to Creating a Sub-Account from a Contact Record

1. Select Contact Record:

Click on the contact record of the individual for whom you want to create a sub-account.

2. Verify Sub-Account Status:

The system automatically determines if this contact already has a sub-account. If there isn't one, a 'Create Sub Account' button will appear beneath their name on the left side of the screen.

3. Initiate Sub-Account Creation:

Click the 'Create Sub Account' button.

4. Fill in Sub-Account Details:

A new menu will appear from the right side of your screen. If the information for the sub-account is already available in the contact record, it will automatically populate in the relevant fields. If not, you'll need to manually enter the first name, last name, email, and associated business for the sub-account.

5. Confirm Sub-Account Creation:

Once you've filled out all necessary information, click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the menu.
