DashClicks makes it easier to create and invite new sub-accounts by allowing you to do it directly within the Contacts application.

To create a new sub-account from a contact record:

  1. Click on the person's contact record.

  2. The system will automatically detect whether or not this contact is a sub-account.

    If there is no existing sub-account, you will see a button that reads Create Sub Account beneath their name on the left. Click this button.

  3. A new menu will slide in from the right. If you already had the information present in the contact record, it will auto-fill. Otherwise, you are required to enter the first name, last name, email, and associated business.

    Then, at the bottom, click Add.

That's it! You can track and manage any sub-account invites through your Manage Sub-Account Settings when clicking on your portrait in the top-right corner.

You can also utilize these steps when accessing a business contact record. In this case, instead of associating a business, you will need to associate it with a person to send the invite.
