DashClicks makes it easier to create and invite new sub-accounts by allowing you to do it directly within the Contacts application.
To create a new sub-account from a contact record:
Click on the person's contact record.
The system will automatically detect whether or not this contact is a sub-account.
If there is no existing sub-account, you will see a button that reads Create Sub Account beneath their name on the left. Click this button.A new menu will slide in from the right. If you already had the information present in the contact record, it will auto-fill. Otherwise, you are required to enter the first name, last name, email, and associated business.
Then, at the bottom, click Add.
That's it! You can track and manage any sub-account invites through your Manage Sub-Account Settings when clicking on your portrait in the top-right corner.
You can also utilize these steps when accessing a business contact record. In this case, instead of associating a business, you will need to associate it with a person to send the invite.
