Note: Access to the Reputation app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Sending Review Requests using the Reputation App

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Reputation’.

2. Initiate Review Request:

In the 'Reputation' app, locate and click 'Request Review' in the top-right corner. Next, select 'Send Review Request'.

3. Select Communication Medium:

Choose your preferred communication channel - email, SMS, or both. After making your selection, click 'Continue' located at the top right of the page.

4. Choose Contacts:

Pick the contact(s) you want to send the review request to. You can add new contacts at any point by selecting '+ New Contact'. Click 'Continue' to proceed.

5. Review Message Details:

A final notification will display the number of email and SMS credits needed to send your messages. After reviewing the details, click 'Continue'.

Note: The contacts will receive a request to leave a review via the chosen communication channel(s). The review can be left on any of the connected review sources within the Reputation app.

6. Confirm Message Dispatch:

After clicking 'Continue', your review requests are sent out.

Reviewing Your Message Before Dispatch

If you want to preview your message before sending it, click on the icon that resembles an eye, located in the top-right corner. This will allow you to view your message before it is sent.

Manually Sending Direct Review Request Link

If you wish to manually send a direct link to your review request, follow these steps:

  1. Within the 'Reputation' app, click 'Request Review'.

  2. Select 'Copy Review Link'.

Note: The copied link can be pasted into any message or onto your website. The recipients can use this link to directly access your review request.
