How to Request a Review

In order to make effective use of the Reputation app, your business needs reviews.

You can send review requests directly to any of your contacts within DashClicks by following this step-by-step process:

  1. From within Reputation, click on Request Review in the top-right corner. Then, click Send Review Request.

  2. Choose whether you wish to send an email, SMS message, or both.

    Then, click Continue in the top-right corner.

  3. Select the contact(s) you wish to message. You can also create new contacts at any time by clicking + New Contact. Then, click Continue.

  4. You will see a final message informing you of how many email and SMS credits you will use to send these messages. Click Continue once more.

Success! Your review requests went out successfully. The contact will receive a message asking them to leave a review on all or any of your available review sources connected to the Reputation app.

The social links, address, website, and phone number will be those dictated within your DashClicks business profile settings. Any SMS messages will provide a similar message along with a link to this request template.

If you want to check out what your message will look like BEFORE you send it, you can do so by clicking on the icon that looks like an eye in the top-right corner.

If you wish to send a direct link to your review request manually, you can do so like this:

  1. Click on Request Review

  2. Click on Copy Review Link.

You can then paste this link into any message or onto your website.
