Step-By-Step Guide to Tracking Review Requests in the Reputation Application
1. Access Applications Menu:
Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Reputation’.
2. Navigating to the Requests Tab:
Once inside the Reputation app, click on the 'Requests' tab located at the top of the page.
3. Reviewing Request Details:
In this section, you can view details such as the recipient's name and contact details, the dashboard user who initiated the request, the date the request was dispatched, the email status (whether it's Opened or Delivered), and if an SMS was sent.
