The Reputation app allows users to manage all of their business's online reviews from various third-party sources.
You can currently connect the following sources:
Facebook
Google My Business
After adding these sources, you'll be able to like reviews, leave replies, and track your metrics from within the Reputation app. You will no longer need to log in to each account and manage each platform's reviews individually.
Accessing the Reputation App
You can access the Reputation app, or any other platform application, by clicking on its respective icon within the app drawer. Find this in the top-right corner of your dashboard and proceed.
Navigating the Reputation App
When you first arrive at the Reputation app, you will find yourself on a tab titled My Reviews. If this is your first time using the app, you will see a prompt asking you to connect your first review source.
After adding the sources you wish to use, Reputation will automatically begin checking for reviews. After a few minutes, your dashboard should populate with all of your historical reviews from each source.
My Reviews
You'll now see all of your brand's online reviews in chronological order.
At the top of each review, you'll be able to see the person's name, profile image (if available), and the date the review was left. This is then followed by the actual review and any replies from your company.
Note - Due to Facebook's privacy policy, any review left on that platform will be listed as from "Facebook User." For this same reason, we will be able unable to generate a profile image. This currently only applies to the Facebook platform.
On the right side of each review, you will find three additional buttons. For Facebook reviews, you will see a thumbs-up icon. Facebook utilizes this system to indicate "recommended" or "not recommended."
For other platforms like Google My Business, you will see your star rating from that review instead. Reputation also distinguishes good and bad reviews by using a green or red highlight along the left side of the review box.
Good reviews are green and apply to "thumbs-up" or 4-star reviews and higher.
Bad reviews are red and apply to "thumbs-down" and 3-star reviews or lower.
The second button is a link that will take you directly to that review on the platform website.
The final button copies the direct link to the review for you to share with your colleagues or clients.
If you have yet to reply to a review, you will see the following notification:
If you see this Pending Response notification, make it a habit to reply as soon as possible by leaving a message in the text box below.
Filtering Reviews
After integrating multiple sources, you'll quickly be dealing with hundreds of reviews. For this reason, you can quickly filter these comments using the lefthand column.
Status allows you to sort reviews by those with replies and those that require a response on your end.
Rating allows you to filter reviews by star rating or by thumbs-up/thumbs-down (Facebook).
Finally, you can select a specific Source to review. You can click on as many of these filters as necessary by checking the boxes.
If you need to find a particular review, you can also use the search bar located at the top of the page. You can enter anything like a name, words from the comment, or words from the reply. The app will pull up any reviews with matching results.
Finally, you can sort all of your reviews by setting specific dates. Do this by using the calendar widget at the top-right side of the page.
You can use the left column to select any pre-defined periods. Alternatively, select your start and end dates using the calendar on the right side. This will show only the reviews received during that period until you reset it.
Request a Review
To the right of the calendar widget, you'll find a button that reads Request Review. Here, you can send out emails and SMS messages to your contacts to request a review on any of your available platforms.
