Paying the Fees for A2P Brand and Campaign Registration
The fees are automatically deducted from your OneBalance account, which simplifies the registration process by eliminating manual payment transactions. To check your OneBalance, follow these steps:
1. Access Dashboard Settings:
Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.
2. Check Your OneBalance Account:
In the left-hand column, select 'OneBalance'. Make sure your OneBalance account has sufficient funds to cover these charges. This is important to prevent disruptions to your SMS messaging capabilities due to incomplete or unsuccessful registrations or campaign renewal fees.
Note: If your sub-account is completing this registration, you will need to make sure that you have enough funds in your main account OneBalance as the fees will be deducted from your sub-account along with your main account. For general information about A2P registration, click here.
