Accessing Your Contacts Application
Access Applications Menu:
Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Contacts’.
Tagging Your Imported Contacts
Follow these steps to import and automatically tag your contacts:
1. Initiate Import Process:
Inside the Contacts app, click 'Import' located at the top right of the page.
2. Choose Contact Type:
You'll be given the option to import 'People', 'Business', or 'Both' types of contacts. Select the appropriate option and click 'Continue' at the top right.
3. Upload Your CSV File:
Upload your contact data CSV file as needed and click 'Continue' at the top right.
4. Field Matching:
Align the fields as necessary. This is to ensure the correct data goes into the correct fields in your Contacts app. Once done, click 'Continue' at the top right.
5. Assign Tags to Imported Contacts:
Now comes the part where you can tag the contacts you're importing. Choose from existing tags in the dropdown menu, or click the '+' button to create a new tag. After tagging, click 'Continue' at the top right.
