In this help doc, we will show you how you can integrate Stipe, map contacts, and sync contacts all within the Billing app in your dashboard!
Log into your dashboard and press the app drawer icon at the top right. Then, select "Billing".
Within the Billing app, if you currently don't have a connected Stripe account, you'll see the option to "+ Connect Stripe", go ahead and press the button!
You'll now see three different options; link to people contacts, link to business contacts, or skip the step. Select the option that best suits your current needs and then press Continue at the top right.
You'll now have the option to either sync customer details with Strip or not to Sync. Select the option that best suits your current needs and then press Continue at the top right.
If you selected Yes, you will now have the option to map fields so everything can be matched up. Most users will be able to leave the data as is and proceed to the next step but you can make alterations as needed for yourself. The "Column" column shows Stripe properties while the "Internal Property" column shows all your properties in your CRM in the dashboard. Press Continue at the top right when you have completed this step.
Now you will get a popup which will prompt you to input your Stripe credentials so the setup can be completed, input your email and password, continue, and then select "Connect" when you see the option.
If everything was connected properly, you'll now see the prompt letting you know that the setup had been completed.
The data may take some time to populate in your dashboard but once it is completed, you'll be able to view all that data and make alterations as needed!
