This article will show you how you can automate review responses using the Reputation application within your dashboard.
Log into your dashboard and press the app drawer icon at the top right. Then, select "Reputation".
In the Reputation app, press on the settings button, which is the gear icon at the top right of the page.
Scroll down to the Response Template section and select "+ New Template".
Input the Template Name. We recommend having at least two templates with two different names. For example, one for "Good Reviews" and one for "Bad Reviews". You can break these down even more as needed.
Input a Review Response. This will be the automated reply given for this specific template. You can also "Personalize" the text so the reviewer's information is given in the reply, giving it a more personal touch. When done, press "Save Template".
Scroll down to the Auto Response Rules section and select "+ Create Rule".
Input the Auto Response Title. Once again, we recommend having at least two of these rules with two different names. For example, one for "Good Reviews" and one for "Bad Reviews". You can break these down even more as needed.
Select "+Add Conditions". Select the review source, what rating was given, if there is text present (if the user just gave a star rating and/or provided text), and select the template to be used that meet those conditions. You can add multiple conditions for each rule as needed. When done, press "Save Template".
You can edit the templates and rules created if needed by hovering over the names and pressing the gear icon.
You can toggle response rules to be on or off by selecting the necessary option under the "Active" column.
Congratulations, you can now automate review responses using the Reputation application within your dashboard!
