How to Add Payment Methods in the Billing App

Note: Access to the Billing App is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Adding Payment Methods Within the Billing App

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Billing’.

Note: A Stripe account must be connected to add payment methods within the Billing app. If this step hasn't been completed yet, click here for information on how to do so.

2. Navigate to the Customers Tab:

Within the 'Billing' app, move to the 'Customers' tab.

3. Choose the Company:

Identify and select the company you wish to add the payment method for in the list on the left side of your screen.

4. Create a New Payment Method:

Next, press the '+ Create' button, then select 'Add Payment Method'.

5. Fill Out Payment Details:

The 'Customer' dropdown will be locked and should display the company you selected earlier. Now, fill out the remaining fields as needed. This includes the 'Name on card', 'Nick-name', 'Card number', 'Expiration date', and 'Billing Information'. Once completed, select the 'Add Payment Method' button.

6. Confirmation of Addition:

After successfully adding the payment method, it should now appear under your client's account in the 'Billing' app, ready for use.
