Step-By-Step Guide to Creating Subscriptions Within the Billing App
1. Access Applications Menu:
Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Billing’.
2. Initiate Subscription Creation:
Inside the Billing app, locate and click on the '+ Create' button, then choose 'Create Subscription' from the dropdown.
3. Subscription Customer Selection:
Using the 'Customer' dropdown, choose the customer you wish to create the subscription for.
4. Product/Service Selection:
Under 'Product/Service', use the dropdown to choose the service the subscription is for.
5. Choose Payment Method:
Under 'Payment method', decide between the options to either automatically charge a payment method or to email the invoice to the customer.
6. Optional Memo Addition:
If desired, you can add a 'Memo' for future reference.
7. Complete Subscription Setup:
Once all information is selected and inputted, press the 'Create Subscription' button to finish setting up the subscription immediately. Alternatively, you can select 'Schedule Subscription' if you want the subscription to start at a later date.
