To ensure message quality, prevent spam, and improve deliverability, DashClicks utilizes a Brand and Campaign Registration system. This system requires users to register their brand and messaging campaigns, promoting a trustworthy messaging ecosystem.

Several reasons necessitate registering for A2P Brand and Campaign Registration:

Step-By-Step Guide to A2P Brand and Campaign Registration
We are implementing a compulsory registration process, "A2P Brand and Campaign Registration (SMS)", to provide you with secure and reliable SMS messaging services.
1. Access Dashboard Settings:
Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.
2. Navigate to Phone Numbers:
Once in 'Settings', locate and select the 'Phone Numbers' option in the left hand column.
3. Access Trust Center:
In the 'Phone Numbers' section, find and click on 'Trust Center'.
Important Notes
This process is essential for the uninterrupted use of your SMS service. Sub-accounts must also complete this process separately if they wish to send SMS messages from the platform. Depending on your business type and messaging volume, register as follows:
Without a Tax ID (EIN) - Register as a Sole Proprietor Brands.
With a Tax ID (EIN) and sending less than 6,000 messages per day - Register for a Low Volume Standard Brands.
Note: Approval for registration takes a few days, so act promptly to avoid delays.
From July 5th, 2023, carriers will gradually start blocking messages from unregistered businesses. By August 31st, 2023, a full block will be in effect for unregistered businesses.
