Understanding Analytics in the Funnels Application

Note: Access to the Funnels app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing Your Funnel Analytics

1. Access Application Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Funnels’.

2. Access Analytics:

Press on the funnel that you want to gather data on. Then, select the 'Analytics' tab at the top of the page.

Note: While viewing your list of funnels, you can also press on the gear icon under the 'Actions' column and select 'Analytics'. That will also take you to the analytics for that specific funnel.

Understanding Your Funnel Analytics

In the funnel analytics section, you'll find different sections.

1. Overall Sales Figures (Top Left):

  • Earnings Per Click - Calculated as Gross sales divided by the number of unique

  • Gross Sales - Total sales recorded in the funnel

  • Average Cart Value (ACV) - Tracks the average amount spent per customer.

2. Page Views:

  • All Page Views - Total number of page views

  • Unique Page Views - Total count of unique visitors

3. Opt-Ins:

  • All Opt-ins - Total number of opt-ins received through that page

  • Opt-in Conversions - A conversion metric calculated by dividing All Opt-ins by Unique page views

4. Sales:

  • Sales Orders - Total number of purchases recorded in the order step

  • Sales Conversions - Calculated as sales orders divided by unique page views

  • Sales Gross - Total sales recorded in the order step

5. Earnings Per Page View:

  • Earnings / All Page Views - Calculated as Sales value divided by all page views

  • Earnings / Unique Page views - Calculated as sales value divided by unique page views

Note: At the top right of the page, you can select custom date ranges to see how the funnel performed in those given ranges.

6. Funnel Steps:

The bottom portion of the page shows the different funnel steps (pages) for the specific funnel. You can see how each step performed for the selected time period by following the analytics in the corresponding column.
