Using Client Dashboards

Overview

Client Dashboards provide a fully white-labeled, read-only portal where your clients can securely access their fulfillment services and monitor project progress in real time.

Instead of requesting status updates or waiting for reports, your clients can log in anytime to view:

  • Activity Feed

  • Progress Reports

  • Onboardings

  • Analytics

  • Websites

  • Files

  • Notebooks

Everything is presented under your agency's branding with no DashClicks branding or internal fulfillment communications visible.

Note: Client Dashboards are available within the Projects App. They provide access to fulfillment services only and are different from DashClicks Pro sub-accounts.

Why Use Client Dashboards?

Client Dashboards help agencies:

  • Provide clients with real-time project visibility

  • Reduce support requests asking for status updates

  • Eliminate manually forwarding reports each month

  • Improve transparency and client trust

  • Give clients access even if your DashClicks Pro subscription is inactive

  • Keep everything fully white-labeled under your agency

Understanding Client Dashboards

Client Dashboards are designed as view-only portals.

Clients can:

  • View project progress

  • Download reports

  • Access websites

  • View analytics

  • Download files

  • Review onboardings

  • Read work summaries

Clients cannot:

  • Edit projects

  • Cancel subscriptions

  • Upgrade or downgrade services

  • View pricing

  • Access internal DashClicks communications

This ensures your fulfillment workflow remains secure while keeping clients informed.

Accessing Client Dashboards

Navigate to:

Fulfillment Center → Projects

There are two ways to access Client Dashboard settings.

Option 1

Click the Client Dashboards tab from the Projects page.

Option 2

Select a client from the Projects list.

Then click the Dashboards tab.

Both options open the Client Dashboard settings for that client.

Setting Up a Client Dashboard

1. Enable Client Dashboard

Turn on the Enable Client Dashboard toggle.

This immediately enables dashboard access for that client.

You can disable it anytime if access should be removed.

2. Preview the Dashboard

Click Preview Client Dashboard to see exactly what your client will experience.

The preview uses the same read-only interface your client will see after logging in.

3. Dashboard Login URL

Every dashboard includes a dedicated login URL.

If your agency uses a custom domain, that domain will automatically be used.

Otherwise, DashClicks provides a white-labeled dashboard URL.

Copy this URL and share it with your client.

4. Configure Dashboard Sections

Choose exactly what your client can access.

Available sections include:

  • Activity Feed

  • Reports

  • Onboardings

  • Analytics

  • Websites

  • Files

  • Notebooks

You can independently show or hide each section for every client.

Important: If you hide the Reports or Onboardings tabs, the related activities are automatically removed from the Activity Feed as well.

5. Assign Main Point(s) of Contact

Select one or more agency users to appear as the client's account manager.

Each contact displays:

  • Profile photo

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Schedule Call link (Calendly)

If multiple contacts are assigned, clients can switch between them from their dashboard.

6. Link Multiple Accounts (Optional)

If a client owns multiple businesses or locations, you can link them together.

Example:

  • ABC Dental – Miami

  • ABC Dental – Orlando

  • ABC Dental – Tampa

The client only needs one login to access all linked accounts.

7. Add Authorized Users

Before your client can log in, at least one Authorized User must be added.

Click Add User.

You can:

  • Select an existing user associated with the client's account

  • Create a brand-new user by entering:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

The Authorized Users table displays:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Status (Active or Inactive)

  • Last Activity

  • Remove Access

Only Authorized Users can access the Client Dashboard.

Client Login Experience

After receiving the Dashboard Login URL, the client simply:

  1. Opens the Dashboard Login URL.

  2. Enters the email address of an Authorized User.

  3. Enters their password.

  4. Selects Services from the account selection dropdown (if prompted).

  5. Clicks Login.

Once logged in, they can immediately access all of their enabled fulfillment services.

What Clients Can View

Depending on the permissions you enable, clients can access:

Activity Feed

The Activity Feed displays a chronological timeline of important project events, including:

  • Order Status

  • Progress Reports

  • Onboardings

  • Subscription Updates

  • Work Summaries

Clients can also filter activities by category.

Reports

Clients can:

  • View progress reports

  • Download reports

Internal agency messages attached to reports are hidden.

Onboardings

Clients can view onboarding progress, including:

  • Sent

  • Completed

  • Approved

Internal statuses such as Issues and Quality Assurance are intentionally hidden.

Analytics

Clients can view the same analytics available within the Projects App, including service-specific performance metrics where applicable.

Websites

Clients can:

  • View website information

  • Review website analytics

  • Access website performance metrics

Files

Clients can browse and download files shared with their account.

Notebooks

Clients can view notes that have been shared with their account.

What Clients Cannot See

To preserve your white-labeled experience, Client Dashboards intentionally hide:

  • DashClicks branding

  • Internal fulfillment conversations

  • Approvals

  • Requests

  • Internal Quality Assurance comments

  • Internal Issues comments

  • Subscription pricing

  • My Price

  • Subscription ID

  • Upgrade/Downgrade options

  • Cancel Subscription options

  • Internal DashClicks messages attached to reports

Scenario: My DashClicks Pro Subscription Is Inactive

If your DashClicks Pro subscription is active, your clients can continue logging into their regular sub-accounts without any issues.

If your DashClicks Pro subscription is no longer active, your clients will lose access to the software portion of their sub-account (CRM, Funnel Builder, Reputation Management, etc.). They may see an "Account Suspended" message when attempting to log in.

However, if they still have active fulfillment subscriptions such as:

  • Websites

  • Listings

  • Meta Ads

  • Google Ads

  • SEO

  • Social Posts

  • Content

  • Backlinks

  • GBP Ranker

they can continue accessing those services through the Client Dashboard.

To provide access:

  1. Go to Fulfillment Center → Projects.

  2. Open Client Dashboards, or select the client and click the Dashboards tab.

  3. Enable the Client Dashboard.

  4. Configure the dashboard sections you want the client to access.

  5. Add at least one Authorized User.

  6. Copy and share the Dashboard Login URL.

  7. Have your client sign in using the Authorized User's email address and select Services from the account selection dropdown (if prompted).

  8. The client will now have access to their active fulfillment subscriptions through the Client Dashboard, even without an active DashClicks Pro subscription.
