Deleting a Form

Note: Access to the Forms app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Deleting a Form

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Forms’.

2. Go to the My Forms Tab:

Ensure you're on the 'My Forms' tab within the 'Forms' application.

3. Locate the Form:

Find the form you wish to remove in the table on this page. Move your cursor over the form until the gear icon appears, then click on this icon.

4. Delete the Form:

Click 'Delete' in the dropdown menu that appears.

5. Confirm Deletion:

A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you really want to delete the form. Once you're ready to proceed, click 'Delete'.

Note: Deleting a form will also delete all of your form submissions. As a precaution, this menu also has an 'Export Submissions' option, allowing you to download this data before proceeding.

6. Export Submissions (Optional):

If needed, click 'Export Submissions' to download the CSV file.

7. Confirmed Deletion:

A confirmation will appear at the bottom of the page to indicate that the form has been successfully deleted.
