In the event that you forget your password and are unable to access your account:
Enter your email on the login screen. Select your account information and the password prompt will appear.
Click on Forgot Password?
Once again, click on the account you are trying to access. Then, the field will update with the contact email you have on file. Your password reset will be sent to this address. If you choose the wrong account, click Switch Account.
Click Send Mail. You will receive an email with instructions on how to regain your password and log into your account.
If you ever need to reset your login information, you can do so with the following steps:
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Click on Settings.
Within the column on the left, make sure My Profile is highlighted. Then, find Login Info on the right.
To the right of Password, click Edit.
Enter your new password in the field. Confirm your password entry one more time in the following field to avoid errors with your new password. Click Save.
