Step-By-Step Guide to Recovering Your Password
1. Initiate Password Recovery:
Navigate to the password reset page.
2. Initiate Password Reset Email:
Enter the email associated to your DashClicks account. If there is no account with the given email, you'll see a prompt that says 'No accounts found for that email!'. After the correct email is input, you'll be able to press on the 'Reset my password' button, proceed as needed.
Note: If your email is associated with multiple accounts, you'll see a dropdown on the page with the option to select the correct account.
3. Check Your Email:
After pressing 'Reset my password', you'll see a page prompting you to 'Check your inbox and click the link to reset your password.' There is also an option to 'Resend' the email in case you did not receive it.
Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. You can also verify your email filtering options if needed with your email provider.
4. Reset Your Password
The email you receive should have a 'Reset Password' button. Press on the button and type in your new password and confirm that password by typing it in again in the field below. Press on 'Reset Password' and that should complete the process.
