Step-By-Step Guide to Submitting a Feature Request
1. Access In App Help:
Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and click the question mark icon near the bottom.
2. Access Feature Request:
From the dropdown menu, select 'Request A New Feature'. This will navigate you to the 'Feature Requests' page. Here, you can view a list of feature requests that have already been submitted by other DashClicks users. Use the search bar to see if your request has already been made.
3. Choose a Category:
In the menu on the left, first select a category for your requested feature. For example, if your request is related to the 'Analytics' app, select 'Analytics' from the dropdown menu.
4. Add a Title:
Create a concise, clear title that describes the feature you want.
5. Describe the Feature:
Add any additional descriptions that could help us understand the feature you're proposing. The more detailed and clear you are, the better we can comprehend your needs.
6. Create Post:
When you're satisfied with your request details, click 'Create Post'.
Your feature request will now appear within the list on the right. Our team will review your request and if we need more information or clarification, we'll leave a comment on your post.
