How to Disconnect a Sub-Account Third-Party Integration

Note: Access to the Projects app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Disconnecting Third-Party Integration for Sub-Account in Projects App

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Projects’.

2. Select the Sub-Account:

In the 'Projects' application, select the sub-account you want to manage from the left menu.

3. Navigate to the Integration Tab:

Select the Project in the left rail then click on the tab of the third-party service you intend to disconnect.

4. Initiate Disconnection Process:

Look for a 'X' symbol at the top right corner of the page. Hover over this symbol and it should read 'Disconnect Integration'. Click on this symbol to proceed.

5. Confirm Disconnection:

A menu will appear, requesting for confirmation of your action. To affirm your decision, click 'Disconnect'.

Note: Executing this action will disconnect the selected integration from both your 'Projects' app and the respective sub-account's 'Analytics' app.

6. Verification of Disconnection:

Upon successful disconnection, the integration will no longer be visible in both applications.

Note: It is not possible to perform this action for the 'Listings Manager'. To remove Listings, you will have to manually deactivate the subscription within your account settings.
