Step-By-Step Guide to Reporting a Bug
1. Access In App Help:
Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and click the question mark icon near the bottom.
2. Access Bug Submission:
From the dropdown menu, select 'Report A Bug'. This will navigate you to the 'Bugs' page. Here, you can view a list of bugs that have already been submitted by other DashClicks users. Use the search bar to see if your bug submission has already been made.
3. Choose a Category:
In the menu on the left, first select a category for your requested feature. For example, if your bug submission is related to the 'Analytics' app, select 'Analytics' from the dropdown menu.
4. Add a Title:
Create a concise, clear title that describes the bug you're experiencing.
5. Describe the Bug:
Add any additional descriptions that could help us understand the bug you're experiencing. The more detailed and clear you are, the better we can comprehend the issue.
6. Create Post:
When you're satisfied with your bug submission details, click 'Create Post'.
Your bug submission will now appear within the list on the right. Our team will review your submission and if we need more information or clarification, we'll leave a comment on your post.
