Note: Access to the Analytics app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Disconnecting a Third-Party Integration

1. Access Dashboard Settings:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.

2. Navigate to Account Connections:

On the left side, underneath Business Settings, click on 'Account Connections'.

3. Disconnect the Integration:

Locate the integration you attempted to connect and click 'Disconnect'.

Note: If you disconnect the SEO or Listings Manager integration, you will lose all data currently stored within the Analytics application. This troubleshooting procedure generally applies to other integrations

4. Verify the Disconnection:

After the integration disappears from your list in Settings, navigate to the Analytics application. Ensure the integration is not present in the list of tabs. If this does not occur instantly, wait a few moments for the change to take effect, then try refreshing the page.

With the integration removed from your Analytics app, you can start fresh. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the respective help articles for connecting third-party integrations:

Note: You can always return to your account settings to disconnect an unsuccessful integration if you are experiencing issues.
