This article will help assist users that are experiencing issues when attempting to connect a third-party integration within the Analytics or Projects applications.

If you've followed these instructions and are still not able to see the integration among your list of Analytics tabs, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

  2. On the left side, underneath Business Settings, click on Account Connections.

  3. Locate the integration you attempted to connect and click Disconnect.

    Warning - If you disconnect the SEO or Listings Manager integration, you will lose all data currently stored within the Analytics application. These troubleshooting steps will generally only apply to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CallRail integrations.

  4. After the integration disappears from your list in Settings, navigate to the Analytics application.

  5. Verify that the integration is not present in the list of tabs. If this does not occur instantly, wait a few moments for the change to take effect. Then, try refreshing the page.

With the integration removed from your Analytics app and Settings, you now have a clean slate to start fresh. Click on the article listed above that applies to your integration and carefully follow the instructions step-by-step.

Remember, you can always return to your account settings at any time to unplug an unsuccessful integration if you are having issues.
