Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing the Reporting Tab in the Reputation App

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Reputation’.

2. Navigate to the Reporting Tab:

Once you're in the 'Reputation' application, locate and click the 'Reporting' tab.

Step-By-Step Guide to Understanding the Reporting Tab in the Reputation App

1. Review Summary Widget:

The 'Review Summary' widget provides a summary of the reviews you've received over the last 30 days. It includes a bar graph detailing the number of reviews you've received at each star rating, and an average rating calculated from all available reviews.

Note: Facebook no longer uses a star rating system. Therefore, reviews from Facebook aren't included in the average rating calculation.

2. Top Review Sources Widget:

The 'Top Review Sources' widget shows the number of reviews you've received from each source, such as Facebook and Google My Business (GMB). It gives you an insight into where most of your reviews are coming from and if you're lacking reviews from a specific source, it prompts you to gain more reviews from those users.

3. Best and Worst Months Widget:

This widget presents data for the current month and the last six months. It indicates the number of reviews received during each of these months and highlights the best and worst months in terms of the quantity and average rating of reviews.

4. Reviews Over Time Widget:

With the 'Reviews Over Time' widget, you can review all of your reviews across all sources over time. Use the scroll bar to move along your timeline and observe the pattern of reviews received each month.

5. Observing the Results:

Each widget on the 'Reporting' tab provides valuable insights into your company's online reputation. Understanding these metrics will help you and your team make informed decisions about your reputation management strategy.

Note: It's crucial to monitor these metrics regularly to ensure you're aware of any shifts in your online reputation and can respond promptly to maintain a positive image.
