The Listings Manager helps you list your business profile online across 70+ unique directories. It allows you to fill out your information one time and sync it up with every platform to minimize your work.

However, you need to optimize your listings to boost your discoverability on each of these sites.

Your Listings Manager now comes with the ability to generate optimization tasks to help you get more out of your subscription.

To find task optimizations in Listings Manager:

  1. Navigate to the Analytics app. Then, click on Listings Manager.

  2. Your Listings Manager will default to the Analyze tab. Go to the top-right and switch this to Profile.

  3. You'll find the Core Information section at the top. Go to the bottom and find Additional Optimizations. Click Scan for Optimizations.

  4. This will take you to a list of recommended optimizations. Our system automatically scans your listing profile and finds areas for improvement.

  5. Go to any of the available tasks and click the Optimize button. This will take you directly to the section of your profile that requires work. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to resolve your listing issue.

    In the pictured example, it's recommended to feature staff bios. If you want to feature company members to help your listings, you can select yes to proceed.

    This then takes you to the appropriate menu where you can upload photos, add names, and more.

    The process for each optimization task will vary, so be sure to follow the on-screen instructions carefully.

  6. When you've completed the optimization task, click Complete in the bottom-right corner.

Your Listings Manager will automatically update with the new information. You can then go back to your list of Optimization Tasks and complete them until your profile is up-to-date.
