Step-By-Step Guide to Creating and Updating Listings in the Reputation App
1. Access Applications Menu:
Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Reputation’.
2. Navigate to the Listings Tab:
Within the Reputation app, select the 'Listings' tab.
3. Initiate Business Listing Scan:
You'll now be prompted to enter specific business information for a scan. Enter the required information and click the button to commence the scan.
4. Await Scan Completion:
The scan will now begin, and a progress indicator will be shown. Wait for the scan to fully complete.
5. Review Business Metrics:
After the scan concludes, an overview of business metrics will be displayed. These can provide insight into your overall online visibility and how the listings can enhance business performance.
6. Activate Listings:
On the side panel, you'll see an option to activate your business listings. Click the button to activate your listings as needed.
7. Review and Update Active Listings:
Once the listings have been activated, all the active listings will be displayed. You will also have access to a 'Profile' tab, which lets you update all your listings simultaneously.
Note: Regular updating of your listings can ensure they remain accurate and can positively impact your online visibility.
