The following document will assist users in updating their notifications for their general account as well as for each application.

Accessing Your Notification Settings

My Notifications

The Bell notification refers to the bell icon in the top-right corner of your screen. The settings menu itself references the area in question. Whenever this toggle is On, it will display a red icon with the number of unread notifications on top of the bell. You can turn this Off if you prefer not to see these notifications.

The Browser notification refers to pop-ups that appear when your dashboard is not your active tab or window. When this is turned On, our platform will push notifications to your browser, so that you’re aware of updates no matter where you’re browsing. If you do not wish to see these types of notifications, switch it to Off.

Sound & Appearance

You can further customize your notifications for increased accessibility.

The first toggle option allows you to add a ring sound effect whenever you receive a bell notification. Simply toggle this On/Off to your liking.

The second option allows a red dot to appear on the tab with your dashboard whenever a notification appears. Again, toggle this On/Off to your liking.

App Notifications

Finally, you can personalize notification settings for each application within the platform. This allows you to prioritize the notifications you want to be aware of, while others you can leave silent if you choose.

Analytics

Analytics features just one notification setting. This will alert you whenever one of your integrations encounters an issue and is disconnected from your dashboard.

You can check one or more notification options on the right by clicking the box. The first simply pushes a red badge to your bell icon. The second will trigger a notification sound. The third will send you an email as soon as the event occurs.
