Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing Your Notification Settings
1. Access Dashboard Settings:
Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.
2. Navigate to My Notifications:
Select 'My Notifications' under the 'My Account' section on the left panel.
Configuring Bell and Browser Notifications
Bell and Browser notifications are the primary ways you are alerted about important updates on the platform. The toggles for these are located at the top of the 'My Notifications' page.
1. Manage Bell Notifications:
The Bell Notifications are associated with the bell icon in the top-right corner of your screen. When enabled, a red icon with the count of unread notifications appears on the bell. To manage, turn the toggle 'On' for visibility or 'Off' to hide these notifications.
2. Manage Browser Notifications:
Browser Notifications are pop-ups that surface even when the dashboard is not your active browser tab or window. If enabled, the platform will push notifications to your browser to keep you updated wherever you're browsing. To manage, switch the toggle to 'On' for visibility or 'Off' to disable.
Customizing Sound & Appearance
To enhance accessibility and personal preference, you can fine-tune the auditory and visual aspects of your notifications.
1. Adjust Sound for Bell Notifications:
To enable a ring sound effect for every bell notification, toggle this option 'On'. Toggle 'Off' if you prefer silent notifications.
2. Manage Dashboard Tab Alerts:
You can have a red dot appear on the dashboard tab whenever a notification arises. Toggle this option 'On' to enable or 'Off' to disable.
SMS Notifications
You can manage if you’d like to be notified via SMS messages.
Failed Payment SMS Messages
By toggling this setting 'On', you allow DashClicks to send you important SMS messages about failed payments in your account to avoid service disruptions. You can toggle this 'Off' to avoid receiving SMS messages about failed payments.
Tailoring App Notifications
Personalize notification settings for each application on the platform. This way, you can prioritize which notifications you want to be aware of and mute the rest.
Note: Check the boxes for the notification types you want: a red badge on your bell icon, a notification sound, and/or an email alert.
1. Analytics Notifications:
For 'Analytics', there is one notification setting that alerts you when an integration is disconnected from your dashboard.
2. Contacts Notifications:
'Contacts' offers four notification options. Check the boxes to receive a notification when a business or people contact is assigned to you, an import is complete, or a contact reminder is due.
3. Conversations Notifications:
For 'Conversations', there is one notification setting that alerts you when you receive a new message in Conversations.
4. Deals Notifications:
'Deals' provides four notification options. Check the boxes to receive a notification when you are assigned a deal, a followed or assigned deal moves to a new stage, a deal automation fails, or a deal reminder is due.
5. Forms Notifications:
'Forms' has two notification options. Check the boxes to get a notification when you receive a new form submission or when pending form requests are not completed within 7 days.
6. General Notifications:
For 'General', there is one notification setting that alerts you when a new team member accepts an invitation.
7. Inbound Notifications:
For 'Inbound', there are two notification options. Check the boxes to get a notification when a new inbound lead is assigned to you or when a campaign is disconnected.
8. InstaSites Notifications:
'InstaSites' provides two notification options. Check the boxes to receive a notification when a prospect views an InstaSite build or when an InstaSite build fails.
9. InstaReports Notifications:
'InstaReports' has two notification options. Check the boxes to receive a notification when a prospect views an InstaReport or when an InstaReport build fails.
10. Projects Notifications:
'Projects' has two notification options. Check the boxes to get a notification when a new project is added or when an Analytics integration get disconnected in one of your projects.
11. Sites Notifications:
'Sites' has two notification options. Check the boxes to get a notification when your Site gets unpublished or when your Site receives a new form submission
