Step-By-Step Guide to Updating Your Payment Method
1. Access Dashboard Settings:
Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.
2. Navigate to Subscriptions:
In the left-side column under Billing Preferences, click 'Subscriptions'.
3. Find Payment Method:
Locate 'Payment Method' at the top of the page to the right of your dashboard plan. From here, you can select an alternate payment method from the dropdown if you already have one registered with us. Your default payment method will be listed at the top of the dropdown.
4. Add a New Payment Method:
To introduce a new payment method to your account, click on the '+' icon to the right of the dropdown.
5. Enter Credit Card Information:
A pop-up menu will appear for you to input your new credit card details. Carefully review the terms and conditions and select the checkbox. Once you are satisfied, click 'Add Card'.
6. Set New Card as Default Payment Method:
To use your newly added credit card as your primary payment method, make sure to select it from the dropdown.
