How to Update Your Payment Method

If you wish to add or update a payment method to your DashClicks account, be sure to follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner. Then, click on Settings.

  2. On the left side of the page, look for Billing Preferences. Then, click on Subscriptions.

  3. This page displays your platform subscription plan, your current payment information, and other subscriptions at the bottom. Scroll down to Payment Method.

  4. You can use the dropdown to select an alternate payment method if you already have one on file. Your default payment method should be at the top of the dropdown default.

  5. To update your payment method with a brand-new one, click on the + icon to the right of the dropdown.

  6. Use the new pop-up menu to enter your credit card information. Then, review the terms and conditions. When you're finished, select Add Card.

  7. To use your new credit card as your default payment method, be sure to select it by using the dropdown once more.
